Our Standard Round Groove Tools are manufactured in alloy or tool steel. They are typically used in applications of 2X DIA or higher with wall factors less than 60.

The Interlocking Round Groove Tools with lip extension are manufactured in alloy or steel. These tools are commonly used in applications of 2X DIA or less with wall factors greater than 60. The interlocking tools insure tube groove alignment and reduce setup time. They are helpful when bender slides are worn.

Single Finger Tooling is used when bending square and rectangular tube. This tooling provides a void or cavity in the bend area when the tools are opened in order to facilitate tube release.

Extrusion Bending Tooling is used in a draw bending application with material guide.
|
|
Rectangular Tooling uses a formed tip mandrel and finger or leaf style tools.
